Samoa AODD pump to suit aggressive chemicals

Chemical industry standard pumps

A project which has now concluded as of Oct 2024 initially started in April earlier in the year with a list of units specific to the Chemical industry and its standards.
Desmi Gear Pump
Today, we will be shipping a Desmi Roten gear pump to conclude a project that commenced at the end of May 2024.
The project commenced due to repurposing of a process vessel which was going to handle a fluid with a viscosity of approx. 1500mm2/s at low temperatures. This meant that the mag-drive end-suction centrifugal pump previously used was no longer suitable for the process – necessitating a positive displacement technology instead.
Given the low volumetric flow rate and pressure requirements for the process, a gear pump was identified as the most suitable pumping technology.
Vacuum System for Partial-Recirculation
An extensive project which spanned over the course of a 5 month period for one of our customers who had a requirement for one of their plants.
Providing us with specific duty details for a fully stainless steel vacuum system to meet their 2 separate operating points.
The conclusion of this project saw us provide a fully integrated vacuum system in stainless steel, which also met the ATEX standards required. The scope of supply involved one of our stainless steel vacuum pump with an EEx e motor, frame, liquid separator, steam ejector, additional ATEX measuring instruments and accessories as well as all the interconnecting pipework to accommodate for multiple circulation methods.
